A Guide to Feeding our Future

  • 1 medium chopped cauliflower
  • 1 pkg leeks (3 leeks), chopped
  • 4 apples, sliced
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 cups of soup stock (pick your fave!)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large roasting pan, toss chopped vegetables and apples with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast until tender (about 30 mins).
  4. Blend in blender with 4-6 cups of your choice of stock.
  5. Enjoy!
