Keeping some organic vegetable or meat broth in your pantry is always a good idea.
I was talking with a friend this morning who has a strain of the flu that has lasted for 3 weeks! She isn’t getting enough liquids into her body, nor enough food, as very little is even appealing right now to her. I suggested she open some organic stock (flavour of her choice) and load it with garlic and onions (antibacterial, with sulfur-containing agents) plus any other veggies she wanted and drink it down. This would be easy to digest. She felt she could handle that.
This particular broth is the most economical I’ve found. It comes in bulk packs at Costco!
