For anyone with a corn allergy/sensitivity – which is becoming more and more common – these chips save your party!

They contain no corn, soy or gluten, and only use black beans, pinto beans and white beans.  The bonus is that you’re easily increasing your protein and fiber intake while you snack – great for those who choose to eat less meat, or are vegan or vegetarian.  Try these instead of potato chips when you’re craving a salty treat.

(The black bean and sea salt are my favorite.  They are just like a blue corn tortilla chip.)

Available at most health food stores.  If not, ask them to order it in.  Most places are more than happy to be pointed in the direction of new food ideas.
