A “Food for Thought” Series

It is time to redefine our relationship to food as a society.

Food means different things to different people. The time has come to redefine food for ourselves!

QUESTION: What does food mean to YOU? For some, food is love and nurturing, associated with friends and family. For others, it is a distraction and comfort. Food has been used for a sense of self empowerment and also self sabotage. Here is a fun exercise: Make your OWN LIST! What IS your definition of food? Do you consciously know? Then evaluate: Does that list need to change? Write what you feel is the appropriate definition for food!
