Ingredients:
- 1 avocado chopped into small squares
- 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large handful of fresh basil, chopped
- (If you eat cheese-add mini bocconcini cheese balls as desired)
Dressing
- 2 TBSP tamari sauce
- juice from ½ lemon
- 1/8 Cup olive oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together, toss and enjoy!
