A Guide to Feeding our Future

One of my favourite staples! I use this just about every day in one fashion or another. Not only is it a delicious vinegar to use in salad dressings, in recipes, or as a tart topping to cooked veggies or homemade organic popcorn, apple cider vinegar is also great for digestion and overall health.

It can be taken before meals, diluted with water, to decrease any digestive discomfort you may experience. I enjoy a warm cup with of it with water and honey every evening as a soothing “tea” and find that it’s great for skin health! I love this brand because it’s organic and unprocessed, and contains “the mother” – the foggy residue responsible for most of the nutritional benefits in apple cider vinegar.

Here’s the recipe I use for my evening ACV “tea”:

  • ½ cup warm (not boiling) water
  • 1-2 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP raw honey

Note: it may not smell or taste that great the first time you try it – but I found that once I got used to it, I began to crave the taste! LOVE it!
