The flavourful dressing for our Lima and Green Bean Salad – or any other salad you wish!
Yields: 1/3 cup
Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh tarragon
- grated peel of 1 lemon
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
- In a small bowl or shaker, combine all ingredients and mix well.
