“A simple and tangy vinaigrette!”
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ TBSP maple syrup
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp sea salt
- fresh black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup + 1 TBSP olive oil
Directions:
- With blender, blend all ingredients except oil.
- Continue blending and drizzle in oil.
- Season to taste.
