French fries with flavour, not fat!
- 2 Lbs potatoes
- 2 TBSP Miso
- 1 TBSP oil
- 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp rosemary or other herbs
- Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
- Wash, peel and slice potatoes into French fry shapes.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Bake for 20 to 30 min until browned, turning once about half way through the cooking.
