Herb Oven Fries

French fries with flavour, not fat!


  • 2 Lbs potatoes
  • 2 TBSP Miso
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp rosemary or other herbs


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. Wash, peel and slice potatoes into French fry shapes.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Bake for 20 to 30 min until browned, turning once about half way through the cooking.
